David V. Stivison Appalachian Community Action Scholarship: The David V. Stivison scholarship is for students from an area served by COAD. To be eligible, students must reside in one of the 30 counties served by COAD (Athens, Hocking, and Perry counties are all covered), reside in a household with total annual income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines, obtain a high school degree, and show proof of acceptance at an accredited 2- or 4-year institution of higher education. Applications are available in the Guidance Suite. Deadline to apply is May 1, 2024.

Athens AMVETS Post #76 "Robert Stewart & Howard Latz Memorial Scholarship": 5 scholarships awarded to graduating seniors who are the son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, or grandchild of a Veteran.
